- Curating a personal yoga practice you can take anywhere that works for your body
- Gaining confidence as a new yoga student before attending group classes

Next, we'll schedule an introductory session assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice
From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.
Private sessions can be done in person at Terrain Integrative Medicine or virtually via Skype or Zoom as we work on what is important to you, creating practices and offering tools to address your needs. We'll work together to help you create a life that truly glows from the inside out.

Every time I have a chance to attend one of Tonia's yoga classes, I do it! She's a fabulous, knowledgeable and encouraging instructor, and is always pushing toward integrating the brain with the body. Her added use of essential oils just enhances the power of the mind-body connection. She's even encouraged me to take my oils along when I practice on my own or with instructors who do not yet use them in their classes; which has enhanced my practice and deepened my ability to stay fully present, grounding to that scent when my mind starts to wander. I get that it can feel scary to trust your body, sometimes even to be in your body. I know your struggle because it's been my struggle. I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to reconnect with your body and your heart in the most positive way possible. My goal is that you experience your body as a source of strength, a safe place to live, and eventually a place of love. I am happy to work in tandem with a counselor, nutritionist, or therapist as part of your recovery support team. *

You can start by email tonianealey@gmail.com or schedule a time for Tonia to call you. On our call we will discuss your availability and needs. From there we can schedule your complimentary introductory private yoga session.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?
You’ll need a mat, two blocks, a blanket, and a strap. You can find these on Amazon, yoga studios, as well as major retail stores. It’s okay if you don’t have everything yet for the introductory session.
I’M JUST LOOKING FOR A TEACHER TO DO A ONE-TIME SESSION WITH. DO YOU DO THAT?
I work with clients who are interested in working with a private yoga instructor on a weekly, ongoing basis. I don’t offer single sessions at this time.
I LIVE A LITTLE OUTSIDE THE DENVER METRO AREA. CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?
Yes! In-person yoga sessions are scheduled at Terrain Integrative Medicine in Centennial, CO. If you are outside of that area we can meet virtually via Skype or Zoom.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Private yoga rates are comparable to private physical therapy rates. We’ll give you a quote on our phone consultation.
I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. IS THIS FOR ME?
Yes! We love working with beginners.
I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS/DISABILITY/TRAUMA. CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?
Tonia is experienced in teaching yoga to people with a range of health conditions. She is also trained in Yoga Psychology. We’ll discuss your specific needs on our phone call, and make sure you work with a teacher who has the skills to give you the best experience possible.
