Success doesn't just happen. It's planned.
The first thing you need to plan for is making time for this training! Life gets busy and it's really easy to set things aside, especially something new you're adding to your week. So, lets get you a great planner. There are lots of options, just pick something that works for you, that you can easily see, access, and add to...in pencil. Plans, while best made, do sometimes change.

In your schedule, block off time for responsibilities first:
Next, add in Have To tasks and Take Care of Yourself time:
Then, add in:
Plan for 30 to 45 minutes. Maybe this happens during nap time if you've got kids, evenings or early mornings, a lunch break. Be realistic about when this really fits into your life. You're more apt to give it the attention it deserves when you thoughtfully fit it into your schedule.

Then, take a picture of your weekly plan and send it to me. Ultimately, you are only accountable to yourself, but there is power in sharing your vision and putting your intention into the universe. It becomes more tangible and important to you, and lets us know your direction.

- On Thursday or Friday, put in your schedule to make next week's schedule! Reflect on what's working well and what you might want to change.
