Mentoring Sessions

Picture

There is power in community. There is power in speaking your goals and dreams aloud. There is power in sharing that vision with those who want to support you in your journey!

Scheduling a mentoring session, especially at the beginning of this journey, is one of the best ways to lay a strong foundation for your business, to really get it glowing. We want to make sure to answer your questions, strengthen your skills, and build your confidence so that your business starts to glow from the outset.

Some things to know about mentor calls:

It doesn't matter where you are in your business, meeting with or speaking with a mentor can always help you grow. Having another perspective opens you up to ideas you might not have considered, not have seen, or not be able to get past on your own.

A mentor relationship is a based on agreements, not expectations. So, let me know if you agree to:
  • Communicate honestly about what you expect from me as a leader/mentor; be straightforward about where you're at, questions you have & how you're feeling, and that you stay committed to learning new things
  • Expect that I will communicate honestly with you on what's going well and what isn't; recognize you for successes; I will work hard to help you be successful and I will go at your pace
  • Respect friend/mentor boundaries. We may be at any stage of friendship, and partnering in this business means we'll get to know each other really well, which is such an amazing benefit of doTERRA! When it's business/mentor time, that is who I'll be. When it's not, I won't bring up the business.

Today's Task:

Schedule your first coaching call! Check your planner and find the best time for you to chat for 20-30 minutes. Look ahead for the next 4 weeks. If the day or time needs to change each week, that's ok. Just make sure you have it scheduled. Use the Appointment link below to schedule your first call.
