Join me for a deep dive into the pelvic floor and a 20-minute gentle and restorative sequence to practice before or during your cycle. In this flow I'll share supportive postures using items you will have around the house - such as a blanket or towel and a few pillows. This sequence invites you to slow down, tune in to your pelvic floor, and support your body's natural rhythm. It provides relief for PMS, cramps, lower back aches, and calms the nervous system.
