Build Your Body Awareness: 7 Ways to Tune In

This week we're chatting about ways to tune in and build your body awareness! I've got 7 tools to help better understand your body's signs and signals, and respond to them with compassion and kindness, off the mat. In our Yoga Together I'll guide you through a practice that integrates those same tools on the mat. Enjoy!

Do you listen to the story your body has to tell on the mat? If not, you want to start! In this 15 minute yoga flow I'll guide you through 5 ways you can start to listen to your body on the mat, which will help you start to trust your body both on, and off, the mat. You’ll learn how to bring more mindfulness to your yoga practice, build your body awareness, and a great pranayama breathing exercise. This 15 minute flow will exercise your yoga mind and build your yoga mindset muscle.
